Amora Lighting reserves the right to change product and price without notice. If any product changes are made, you will receive a notice via email.
Please note, we will not attach any information about your discount or billing information inside the package. Your customer will only receive a packing list showed product name and quantity on it. Also please don't leave any message like " don't leave invoice inside package.” in the comment column. However, you may leave some comments like “Thank you for shopping <your store name>” to greet your customer.
Your account will be approved only after we receive your Tax ID document.

Buyers must to pay shipping cost from our Warehouse to their customer.
The orders will be shipped next day or even in the same day.
You will be responsible for any address correction from UPS or FedEx, approx $11 per package. We do not ship international; we ship only in 48 Continental USA. IF YOU want to ship an item internationally please provide the label to us.

We make every effort to ensure colors are represented accurately but Since these are hand crafted products, the exact color of glass pieces may vary.
Color variations in stained glass are normal and help to make each lamp beautifully unique.

All damages/shortages must be reported within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise.
ANY DAMAGES OR RETURNS, if fault of Amora Lighting, in other words: factory defect and damaged during shipping, will be replaced by Amora Lighting.
Buyer remorse returns ( I changed my mind, my mom didn’t like it, the lamp didn’t fit, it’s larger/smaller than I thought, I don’t like it , colors are different, it’s much darker etc.. )
Any return that is not a result of damage but due to change of mind of customer return shipping is borne by customer or retailer dependent on the retailer’s return policies.
